Our care in manufacturing and shipping your order means that problems with our products are very rare indeed. It's a bad year if we have to replace more than one! However, should a DVD become damaged in transit, or prove faulty, we will replace it with another one featuring the same programme, without question.
Most of our NTSC DVDs and a few of our PAL DVD are DVD-Rs. They are made in a different manufacturing process than that used for standard DVDs. When DVD-Rs were first introduced, there were some problems with their compatibility with some DVD players. These are now almost non-existent, but if you do buy a DVD-R from us and it is not compatible with your DVD player, we will provide a full refund, including your postage.
Please do not return any faulty DVD before contacting us. We normally do not need to have faulty DVDs returned to us before sending a replacement.
